Obama Denounces Arizona's Immigration Law

U.S. President Barack Obama, has denounced the state of Arizona's new immigration law, which contains text that permits officials to summarily demand a person's papers and I.D. anytime or place they choose, to confirm they are U.S. citizens or lawful residents. And Obama would know, as based on popular belief, he is reportedly an immigrant too.

Said law resembles former Nazi tactics that saw authorities feverishly searching for innocent Jews to persecute and prosecute, solely for being Jewish. Immigrants are not the problem. Many immigrants do jobs most Americans do not want to do, especially farm work.

Hispanics in Arizona, are going to be subjected to offensive searches, without warrant, in violation of the Fourth Amendment, based on this new law. Not every immigrant is an illegal and individuals lawfully in America shall have their Constitutional rights violated, when the authorities racially profile them and spontaneously initiate a search of the person, demanding documents. Irrespective of this fact, the Constitution is the law of the land and should not be violated on American soil.

If all the illegal immigrants disappeared from America, the U.S. economy would face a catastrophic collapse, that would hit the food and construction industries the hardest.
Furthermore, based on studies that have been conducted and data that has been released, many illegal and legal immigrants have been leaving America voluntarily over the past few years, returning to their homelands.

Congressional Pay Cap

The U.S. House of Representative has approve a measure blocking pay raises for Congress. Each year, their pay is raised by $1,600. As America is still in the midst of a massive economic downturn, which has surpassed the Great Depression in some categories of commerce and national statistics, such financial increases on six figure Congressional salaries, is not appropriate.

It would in essence, be rewarding failure. The failure to legislatively act in a timely manner, to prevent the crisis. After all, there were warnings, beginning in 2006, that something bad was coming.

The sad part is, based on the response to the current crisis and the lack of reform, another one is one the way in America that will be worse, if direct, decisive and very clever action is not taken (Based on site stats many members of Congress read this website). Congress needs to get on the ball regarding the economy, financial reform and justice against lawbreakers in this sector.

Considering, the Congress failed the American people in not reining in the corporate sector that caused the current, terrible financial crisis, pay rewards are not in order. If Corporate America doesn't deserve pay raises for causing this mess, neither does Congress for letting it happen, as some are too rich and famous to be held accountable for their actions. Those that deteriorate society should not be rewarded.

People like doctors, nurses, teachers and scientists deserve financial rewards, as they constructively contribute to society everyday, playing a vital role in helping others.

House approves measure blocking congressional pay raise

a bill Tuesday would block lawmakers from getting their scheduled $1,600 raise
for next year, a symbolic measure designed to show Congress understands the
angst of voters suffering from the recession.

The measure, a similar to one passed unanimously in the Senate last
week, would keep members' salaries at $174,000, rather than funding a raise that
is based on a formula that reflects adjustments in salaries for workers outside
of the government. Under the pay system, congressional pay automatically
increases each year unless the body votes to block an increase...

Another FBI agent has been imprisoned for committing serious felonies. Vo Duong Tran of New Orleans, was sentenced to 30-years in prison for attempting to rob a reported drug house.

It's amazing how the FBI behaves and speaks as though their employees would never break the law, especially at someone else's expense, yet there is a long trail of arrests of various FBI employees, for serious crimes, attesting otherwise.

Ex-FBI agent gets 30 years in robbery sting

a sting trying to rob what he thought was a drug stash house in Fountain Valley
was sentenced Monday to 30 years in federal prison.

Vo Duong Tran, 42, of New Orleans, and his accomplice, Yu Sung Park,
36, of Wilmette, Ill., were sentenced to the mandatory minimum sentence by U.S.
District Judge Andrew Guilford, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Keenan said.Tran
and Park declined to make a statement to Guilford before he issued the
sentences, Keenan said.

Gang Stalking - Part 3

The tragic death of 15-year-old, Phoebe Prince, an Irish immigrant, who was gang stalked, bulled, sexually assaulted and relentlessly hounded by 9 of her classmates, have enraged many parents of kids at her school in Boston, Massachusetts. They are demanding answers as to why no one on the school's faculty, who witnessed the misconduct, put a stop to it or referred it to the authorities.

Indeed. Why did no one help this child. Many in Boston and around the world, believe members of faculty at the school should have been charged as well, in addition to the 9 students that waged the malicious gang stalking campaign, with one even desecrating her Facebook page after Prince's death, pleased with the results of their criminal conduct that drove her to suicide.
The school should have done something. When you are in a position of authority and knowingly allow an innocent person to be abused and killed, you are an accessory to the criminal misconduct. No excuses. A young woman lost her life, because no one would help her.

Dehumanizing and destroying someone for being vulnerable, shy, weak or "different" as some say, is cruel, vile and inhumane.

Under U.S. law, it is a crime (felony) to stalk, cyberstalk, harass, terrorize and or sexually assault a person. The students that engaged in said misconduct should have been arrested and charged with crimes, then sent to a juvenile detention center, prior to Prince killing herself, as she sadly saw it as the only way out of the unrelenting abuse. It never should have gotten to that point.

However, as the school's faculty failed in this case, sadly, often authorities do as well, when they are informed of such misconduct transpiring against others.

The FBI, charged with America's civil rights needs, is particularly criminally negligent in this regard in cases, especially those with money or prominent people's freedom at stake. It's very easy to see how poor Phoebe's plight went ignored, though the signs of criminal misconduct against her, were out in the open for all around to see.

In related news, one of the students that was indicted for gang stalking Phoebe, an 18-year old man named, Austin Renaud, was arrested this past weekend for drunk driving. This misconduct will negatively impact his standing in the Prince case.

It is now being said, challengers, frontrunner David Cameron and newcomer Nick Clegg, could scale back Britain's ties with America, if ether wins, in light of the perceived Obama snubs that have become "embarrassing." Britain certainly is not an enemy of America, supporting the nation for decades. Therefore, Obama's behavior is quite puzzling to many.

Could Britain's three-way end the "special relationship"?

make some in Washington nervous. In a speech this week he called for a shakeup
in relations between the United States and the United Kingdom and described as
"embarrassing the way Conservative and Labor politicians talk in this kind of
slavish way about the special relationship." He added that there were "profound
differences" between the two countries and argued that the Obama administration
had already written off the idea that Britain was a special ally. "If they are
moving on, why on earth don't we?" he said.

Intentionally or not, Mr. Obama has offered support for Mr. Clegg's
argument: His relatively chilly relationship with Mr. Brown, including several
perceived snubs, has been a persistent theme of British news coverage. Yet the
United States can hardly afford a weaker or less friendly Britain at a time when
it is still fighting two wars and when diplomacy with states such as Iran, North
Korea and Syria is failing. Other longtime American allies, from Brazil to
Turkey, have begun opposing the Obama administration on Iran and other issues.
Though the next British government is unlikely to follow their course, Mr. Obama
would be wise to reaffirm the "special relationship."

FBI Made Scientist A Scapegoat In Anthrax Case

Microbiologist, Henry S. Heine, a colleague of the deceased scientist and scapegoat, Dr. Bruce Ivins, has joined the many voices slamming the FBI, who accused him of committing acts of bioterrorism that killed several people, while injuring others.

Heine stated, "Among the senior scientists, no one believes it.” This week, he also stated a point the Judiciary Report also publicly pointed out, “Whoever did this is still running around out there.”

The FBI unethically engaged in a dirty surveillance and harassment war against Ivins, who cracked under the abuse and took his own life. Once again, the FBI has blood on their hands.The FBI initially, incorrectly blamed Dr. Steven Hatfill, who they unethically and illegally harassed, terrorized, defamed and abused, hoping he would crack. The FBI destroyed his life, but he sued them and won.

The FBI's conduct has been disgraceful and should not be done by any law enforcement agency operating within the law. It raises questions about serious human rights abuses and affirms the fact COINTELPRO, which the FBI used to destroy great men, like Martin Luther King jr., never really went away. It just gained a new classified name.

But keep it up though, FBI (sarcasm). You've already gone too far in a number of cases, breaking U.S. and international law and there's a classified case on your books that is going to turn the U.S. Congress against some of you at the Bureau, when it goes public. We'll see how you like it when Congress makes some of you FBI human rights abusers enemies of the state, as you've done to Ivins, Hatfill and others.

You must think prison is pretty as a fed. It is the equivalent of throwing poor little Justin Bieber in a locked cage with Adam Lambert...for years!

Like Guy Ritchie before him, Luz consented to date Madonna, based on the career offers and financial incentives she promised. Madonna suffers from bad plastic surgery and is no knockout like Halle Berry, Megan Fox or Christie Brinkley. Not to mention, she has an awful, obsessive, narcissistic personality with a terrible mean streak.

When one's career becomes Autotune (music), Photoshop (photos) and CGI (videos), it has outlived its shelf-life, to which flatlined Madonna sales attest.

Madonna recently pushing her music to the makers of the television show "Glee" was another desperate stab at reaching teens to thirty-somethings, who don't care for her music, labeling it kitsch from the1980s that pop music has moved on from.

British Election Debate - Part 2

With approximately two weeks to go until voting, the second debate in the British national elections, took place yesterday in England. The debaters were Labour Party chief and current Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, Conservative head, David Cameron and Liberal Democrat chair, Nick Clegg. All three men handled themselves well and intelligently.

However, of the three, David Cameron has the better ideas, regarding helping Britain, which are tempered with financial commonsense and strong national security.

Britain does not need more liberal government spending, in the manner the Labour Party has done for several years. Britain has so much tax money coming in, which should be utilized in a more effective manner, under the credo of thrift and prudence.

One time actress, Lindsay Lohan, continues to hit rock bottom in Hollywood, as she has been named as the prime suspect in the theft of a friend's $35,000 Rolex watch. Police are investigating the case and have photos of Lindsay wearing the stolen watch in public.

This is not new territory for Lindsay, who has stolen $500,000 in jewelry from a photo shoot, thousands of dollars in clothes and shoes from a friend, who was away on a modeling assignment, a $10,000 fur coat from a clubgoer and a tanning lotion patent from a chemist, which the former child star incredulously tried to pass off as her own.

Thievery is strongly encouraged in the Kabbalah cult, which Lindsay is a member of, hence her rampant schizophrenia and sticky fingers with other people's property she pilfers.

Her dad, Michael Lohan, did an interview with website TMZ, regarding yesterday's incident that saw him and Los Angeles sheriffs go to Lindsay's apartment. He was very candid about her current situation. Lindsay, who once commanded millions for acting in films, has been rendered broke and unemployed, due to her drug and alcohol addiction and psychotic behavior, ingrained in her by Kabbalah.

Her dad stated she is living in an apartment with no furniture and sleeping on a mattress on the floor in the bedroom. Lindsay was recently handed an eviction notice for failure to pay two months rent totaling $23,000. Why an unemployed, bankrupt actress was renting such an expensive property is anyone's guess.

She continues to steal and pawn people's jewelry, couture clothes and designer shoes, among other things, to fuel her drug and alcohol habit and lavish lifestyle, that sees her going to nightclubs in rented, chauffeur driven Mercedes, while wearing flashy designer clothes and borrowed jewels, on loan from Los Angeles stores.

She embarrassed herself yesterday, lashing out at her dad on the website, Twitter, making a terrible spectacle, when he only sought to check on her welfare and that of her 16-year-old sister, Ali, who is a minor under U.S. law.

Mother, Dina Lohan, had the bad parental reaction over the phone, screaming at the sheriffs and her ex-husband, to get out of Lindsay's apartment. Both Lohan and the sheriffs were well within their right, as Dina left an impressionable minor to live with a drug addict and alcoholic, who can't even take care of herself.

Dina continues to insist that Lindsay is fine and is a good person. I beg to differ. I leave you with this - your daughter is in a psychotic, pseudo-religious cult, whose members have serious mental problems, believing that creating schizophrenia in patrons and sexually abusing people is a good thing, when it is not.

They spend their free time trying to become other people, developing serious personality disorders. They steal and deal in drugs to fund their cult and lavish lifestyles, which has resulted in criminal cases. That's when they are not surreptitiously watching people in their homes via the internet, without permission or consent, for gratification, in conduct similar to what transpired in the Blake Robbins vs. Lower Merion School District case. When one does said things, one ceases to be a good person.

Based on reports, Oscar winning actress, Mo'Nique (nee Imes), is angry with fellow talk show host, Oprah Winfrey, for inviting her brother, Gerald Imes, on her show to confess he molested her. Mo'Nique contends Imes lied to Oprah, as did her family during the telecast, to minimize the extent of the sexual abuse. Imes also issued what was perceived as a half-hearted apology.

Clearly, molestation and incest is a terrible thing to talk about. However, it must be undertaken honestly within a family, ideally at the victim's choosing, privately or publicly, to begin the healing process.

Lohan has cut her dad out of her life, opting to listen to her destructive mother's delusional advice, to her own detriment. Lohan took her sister to the largely adult Coachella festival and stands accused of speeding home with the minor in the car, going in excess of 100 miles per hour.

As his parental rights were not terminated, he has a right to intervene through law enforcement, if he believes any of his children are in danger. Lohan's dad seeks to place her in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction, but she has stubbornly refused and continues on a downward spiral.

It is quite bizarre and troubling that Lohan's mother Dina, opposes this course of action sought by her ex-husband, as Lindsay clearly continues to abuse hard drugs, pharmaceutical meds and liquor, which if she is not careful, will claim her life.

A judge needs to question Dina on her conduct, as she is behaving like an unfit mother. She has taken both underage Ali and Lindsay to adult night clubs on school nights, which is really reckless and encouraged Lindsay's state of denial regarding her lack of sobriety and employment.
