Actor, Will Smith and his wife, actress, Jada Pinkett Smith, are bisexual Hollywood swingers, actively involved in the mentally ill cult, known as Scientology. The two even opened a school in Los Angeles, teaching Scientology's flawed and disturbing curriculum. They are raising their children in true Hollywood style, which also means engaging in adult activities very early.

Jaden Smith is 12, what's he so angry about. Did mommy buy the wrong cereal or are Hollywood and Scientology getting to him.

The two kids are often seen on the red carpet sporting strange designer clothes and even weirder hairdos, such as Willow's cropped mane, which is not flattering on a young girl. People will assume and think the child a troublemaker, even if she is not. Jaden often looks very sad in photos and his sister rarely looks upbeat either. These two kids have a sadness to them.

The question is, has the sick, twisted and debauched world of Hollywood and Scientology, negatively impacted these two children and will they fly off the rails like so many other child stars.

She has pimped them out to every camera available, to fund a very comfortable lifestyle for herself in New York. She has lived through her daughter's life and such vicarious behavior is very questionable.

She lustfully went after actor, George Clooney, even seeking to hide her real age, to land the lothario, who only dates women in their 20's and 30's. She put her needs and desires ahead of her children and it resulted in the calamity we see today.

Miley Cyrus, the star of Disney's "Hannah Montana" television series recently decided to get raunchy with her music and image. The 17-year old's new style shocked and disappointed many, as not only is she under age, so is the majority of her audience.

Miley miscalculated. Her latest CD "Can't Be Tamed" bombed as a result, opening with sales of 106,000 copies, which is significantly lower than her previous outings. The project was afforded the best promotion and marketing, but bombed anyway. Cyrus was all over the place promoting the CD.

Audiences do not want a raunchy, too grown version of Cyrus. Parents seek to protect their kids as well. Not to mention, the song "Can't Be Tamed" was bad with a negative message. She lost her audience.

Sony singer Britney Spears has been accused of abusing her two Sean, 4 and Jayden, 2, again. Previously, after a stand off with police, where she held her children hostage, she was publicly accused of shaking one child, while biting the other. Spears, who suffers from schizophrenia, is on a host of medication to aid in controlling her mental illness and psychotic rages.

However, a former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, has come out accusing her of abusing her children again, in a more recent incident, which prompted a visit from Child Services.

He accused her of beating them with belts and forcing them to eat food they are allergic to, which could create a dangerous reaction. He also accused her of sexual harassment. As many of you remember, Spears was propositioning random men she met, during the time her Kabbalah induced mental illness was at its worst.

July 01, 2010 - You can run, but you can't hide--from Child Protection services that is. Britney Spears got an interesting visit from Child Services yesterday.

As Hollyscoop had originally reported, Britney's former bodyguard Fernando Flores has filed a sexual harassment case against her. In the suit he also claimed that Britney hit one of her boys with a belt and would often feed them food they were allergic to.

His claims may or may not be bogus, but Child Services didn't take the comments lightly...

According to reports, now that the marriage of Miami Heat basketball player, Dwayne Wade, is dissolved via divorce, homewrecking actress, Gabrielle Union wants to marry him. Clearly, this was her plan all along.

Union caused so much trouble in his marriage to childhood sweetheart, Siovaughn Wade, the mother of his two preteen kids, this was bound to happen. His ex-wife has been completely devastated by the affair that broke up her family, driving her to the point of a nervous breakdown, but at the end of the day, at least she tried to keep her family together in the face of what Union did to her, well, union.

It is up to Wade whether he chooses to marry Union, which the Judiciary Report thinks is inadvisable. She will stop at nothing to get what she wants, even if it means breaking up a family. Union is a scheming woman, mixed up in very weird Hollywood things that would shock and appall the public if they knew and it poses a liability to Wade's career. There's a problem there and poor Dwayne is going to find out the hard way. Let's hope she does not turn that deviousness on Wade one day.

The little boy in the video posted above is hilarious. Sometimes parents ask kids too many questions and end up regretting it, like when they tell you about a particular item you are wearing or a not so flattering hairstyle. You have to respect their honesty, though.

When Police Raids Go Wrong

The recent death of 7-year-old Ayanna Jones is a terrible reminder of what happens when police raids go wrong. Proper pre-raid investigative work and due diligence were not utilized, as a child was residing in the downstairs apartment of the duplex that contained an upstairs unit the police sought to raid.

As a result of this massive criminal negligence, little Ayanna, who was asleep on the sofa of her apartment, was burned by a police incendiary device that was thrown through the front window without warning and shot in the neck by a police officer.

One cannot ask for a more poorly executed raid than this, as a child was in essence, accidentally executed. Her family has every right to be enraged, as the scenario that unfolded was completely preventable and stemmed from recklessness, carelessness and negligence.

There are cases of police raids gone wrong, which were properly planned and executed. It is particularly regrettable when one makes one's best effort to protect human life, but the worst happens in the form of casualties.

However, some law enforcement raids suffer from horrible planning. For example, years ago, the botched FBI raid in Waco, Texas that left 74 people dead, including 20 children, during an intense 50 day standoff against David Koresh. It was another case of poor planning and a reckless disregard for human life.

As was the FBI's raid at Ruby Ridge that left several people dead, including children and the pet dog. FBI snipers executed an entire family, including a 16-year-old girl, Sara Weaver, who was running away from them, shooting her in the head, which is inexcusable.

To this day, both Ruby Ridge and Waco are heavily disputed, with many blaming the FBI for not exercising proper caution and using unnecessary deadly force against adults and children.

The Judiciary Report has lamented the Sexualization Of Youth, in past articles, as it is very disheartening to witness what is happening to society's children. Kids should be allowed to be kids. Gyrating and grinding in a sexual manner on stage and online, while wearing very little and imitating inappropriate singers, should not be an option.

Dwayne Wade's Legal Woes

Miami Heat basketball player, Dwayne Wade, was in Miami Circuit Court today, regarding a business deal gone sour. His restaurants, D Wade's Place, unceremoniously folded, after a business dispute with his partners, who have now sued him for damages, as he backed out of the deal.

Millions of dollars have been lost by both parties in this dispute and we can now add legal fees to that tally, as the two week trial will prove costly.

In other Wade legal news, his wife, Siohvaughn Wade, was arrested two days ago in their acrimonious divorce case, for failing to appear at a judge ordered hearing in their native Chicago, Illinois, due to her attorney having met in an accident. She paid a $10,000 bond and was released hours later. The two have been engaged in a bitter custody battle as well.

She also sued a Chicago attorney, Lester Barclay, for not acting in her sons' best interests, during the divorce proceedings. The Judiciary Report does not believe Wade's relationship with Union will last and it is sad his marriage has disintegrated. The 10-year age difference between the two and numerous women propositioning Wade as a multi-millionaire basketball player, will prove difficult.

Siohvaughn previously accused Wade of transmitting an STD to her, which she stated he contracted via extramarital affairs. However, Wade sued for defamation. It is now being claimed Siohvaughn contracted Chlamydia from a boyfriend she began dating after her separation from Wade.

Siohvaughn also complained in court documents of inadequate access to Wade's funds, claiming he bought his mom, who is a pastor, a $2,000,000 church and gave his sister money. At the end of the day, it really is his money and they are his family. As long as he adequately provides for his children and gives you reasonable alimony, his money is his domain.
