The U.S. economy is in dire straits, as 15 million Americans are unemployed and 18.9 million homes are in foreclosure. The national deficit is set to hit $11 trillion dollars as well. These problems are compounded by the fact, there exists a terrible breed of corruption in government, stealing and squandering billions in taxpayer money.

It was reported today, $8.7 billion in taxpayer money designated for rebuilding Iraq, cannot be accounted for by the U.S. Pentagon, also known as stolen. The FBI has wasted close to $1 billion dollars on a failed computer system that is being deemed a failure, as it was announced this week, the remaining phases of the roll out have been scrapped.

The FBI's parent agency, the Justice Department, headed up by, Eric Holder, have also been accused of wasting huge sums of taxpayer money on trips, parties, arcading and skateboarding.

This year, President Obama's alleged job creation program was also an unmitigated disaster, as billions in taxpayer money was misappropriated and squandered by government officials (see: stolen). It bears the handprint of corruption.

Billions in U.S. taxpayer money is also being wasted on illegally spying on millions of Americans, in criminal violation of the Constitution, when that money could go to better things. However, President Obama, like Bush before him, has engaged in this misconduct as a continuation of illegal programs at the FBI, CIA and NSA.

The nation's finances are a mess. America is hemorrhaging money everywhere and it is adding up quite negatively. The government and bands of the corporate sector are deteriorating America - the same America they will have to live in. There is a crass phrase that states you don't defecate where you eat and that's exactly what the government is doing.

This unprecedented corruption is not conducive to prosperity. The American way of life is being destroyed and replaced with something unfavorable, laden with hardships. Prevalent misconduct, overspending and corruption in government is not funny or amusing, as it is building up to a serious financial calamity that will make 1929 and 2008 look like good fiscal years.

U.S. Unemployment Benefits Receive A Second Look

The Democrats are attempting to push through legislation to extend unemployment benefits to Americans that have lost their jobs. As stated two weeks ago, the Judiciary Report was not amused when people's benefits were stalled, as for 1.3 million people in America, it could mean the difference between staying in their home or apartment or being out on the street.

I understand Republicans are concerned about where the $33.9 billion will come from to cover the costs, but it is of greater priority than other financial initiatives on the table, which need to be scrapped, such as billions for walking and bike riding paths, as is being implemented by President Obama.

I've got news for you, if one does not have a job, one does not wish to go walking, but to stay in one's house or cardboard box and feel sad, as that is the natural human instinct in such a predicament. However, it is best to get up and get out there, go for a walk around one's neighbor hood or to PREEXISTING parks that exist in virtually every U.S. city.

Another major, multi-billion dollar item that can be stricken from the U.S. budget during these hard times, is the massive electronic spying network, invading the privacy off millions of Americans, via the FBI, CIA and NSA.

If the government monitored Americans less and foreign terrorists more, they'd catch a lot more Jihadists and save many billions of dollars. Billions upon billions of taxpayer money is being wasted spying on innocent people, in violation of the U.S. Constitution. If this unruly spending continues, in the future, America government will not be able to afford a federal government.

The Judiciary Report is also still of the belief the site's job creation plan would work. The White House has simply overpaid for jobs that would not pay a third of what the government ended up allocating thereto, in the real world, which indicates bureaucracy and kickbacks ate up a lot of taxpayer money. This is something very vital the government could not afford to get wrong, but astonishingly did. They are attempting to try it again. Here's hoping it turns out better this go round.

Jesus Himself could come down from heaven, hand the government a sheet of paper with detailed instructions on how to fix the U.S. economy and they would still mess it up.

Congress has exhibited no real control over the FBI and SEC, who are supposed to police and prosecute crimes in the financial sector. As a result, greedy financial criminals wreak havoc on the economy via ponzi schemes, bad mortgages, theft and very risky investments.

Being President must really be hard, as Obama has gone on vacation again, this time to Maine, under much criticism for doing so. According to reports, Obama has taken more vacations in his first year in office, than any other President in U.S. history did during their first year in office.

This is particularly ironic, considering the U.S. economy is in the worst state it has even been. Obama certainly didn't create the problem. George W. Bush did in 8-years flat. However, Obama has made it worse with his excessive national spending and as such, he needs to cut down on the vacations and focus more on the economy.

The selfishness, corruption, malice, backbiting, uncooperativeness, unlawfulness and warped sense of what public service means in Washington, is detrimental to the entire nation and the whole world.

Many of the problems facing the country can be fixed, but ego, pride and selfish glory, have been placed ahead of the good of the nation and the world. Certain people are determined they must be the ones to have all the say and glory, even if it means holding everyone back, while persisting down the wrong path, as they do not know what they are doing and making existing problems worse.

Unjust wars, nasty national secrets holding humanity back and acts of arrogance in the name of self-promotion, rather than world unity, is terrible. There are things the government is hiding from the public that is holding humanity back and it would break your heart if you knew. But as the Bible states, nothing hidden shall remain in the dark. It will come to light.

It's astonishing the deceitful, corrupt shortcuts and unethical means, some in so-called power will take to succeed, even if it means, jeopardizing the entire nation.

Pelosi did something similar regarding STD awareness, in trying to squander hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer money, which the Judiciary Report denounced.

The government persists in these plans that fritter away the people's tax dollars and at the worst time in world history, during an unprecedented, raging financial crisis.

This idiocy is going to set America back even further in the financial world, as that $1.2 billion could be spent more productively or not at all, as the deficit is going to swell to $13 trillion dollars.

U.S. Banks Still In Trouble

The U.S. banking sector is still in financial calamity. Banks are defaulting on TARP loan repayments and cutting down on the services provided to the American people, such as free checking, as the each of the accounts costs them $200-$300 per year to maintain.

Overdraft services are also being reduced, as the government passed legislation requiring banks to inform the American people, before such fees are tacked on to their accounts.

Too many unsound business practices occurred in the U.S. banking sector and brought the nation to this place. Bankers, brokers and mortgage companies got greedy in said sector and gouged the American people to terrible extremes.

The attitude was the American people would just have to pay for it somehow. You can't make blood out of stone. If people do not have enough money to meet your demand, they simply can't afford it.

In light of the unprecedented U.S. financial crisis of 2008 that is still raging, the world has to rethink how it does business, especially the U.S. government. The Judiciary Report is not calling for a new world order, as that is very dangerous.

The site is simply suggesting the following:

No country should be allowed to anchor the world's economy, as if it falls, it will take the whole world down with it.

Each nation must act in a financially independent and responsible manner. It will create healthy competition worldwide and address the best interests of each respective nation. It will also elevate the world.

Each country must have greater checks and balances in the financial sector, especially those that do large scale business with entities in other nations, investing in them.

Each nation must have greater financial transparency. That should be self-explanatory.

U.S. Jobs Report Exaggerated

Several mainstream news outlets are reporting, U.S. President Barack Obama touting today's national job report, as proof the recovery is working, is a fraudulent claim. The economy added 500,000 jobs, but the majority of those positions, 411,000 posts, were for seasonal Census report workers. Translation, those were very temporary jobs.

Obama's claims have thus been disproved. The President needs to stop relying on artificial results and get to the root of the real problem at hand, as pretending the unemployment problem is solved, when it is not, will only cause more damage in the long run and do greater harm to the American people.

It is time to develop a sensible job plan, where the nation can create the maximum amount of jobs for the money allotted by Congress, without waste and misappropriation occurring again.

May jobs report: Census inflates payrolls

June 4, 2010: 2:20 PM ET - NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- A flood of temporary Census workers in May led to the biggest jump in jobs in ten years, the government reported Friday. Employers added 431,000 jobs in the month, up from 290,000 jobs added in April. It was the biggest gain in jobs since March 2000.

But Census hiring was responsible for 411,000 of May's increase in employment. Private sector employers also added 41,000 jobs in the period, well below the 218,000 private sector job gains in April. Government payrolls other than Census declined by 21,000 jobs in May, due largely to job cuts by state and local governments.

It was a disappointing number for private sector hiring, as economists surveyed by Briefing.com had forecast an overall gain of 500,000 in May. U.S. stocks traded sharply lower on the report, with the Dow Jones industrial average down more than 200 points in midday trading...

Oil Spill To Continue Until Christmas

Merry Christmas from BP, Transocean and Halliburton! Reports indicate the oil spill off the coast of Louisiana in America, may run until Christmas. Yes, that's right, Christmas.

The environmental and economical fall out from this leak seems to grow worse by the day. Not enough is being done to address the damage and it is distressing to many. Everything that can be done is not being done.

All that beautiful ocean and wildlife being destroyed is sad. BP and co are essentially fighting against the force of the earth, buried deep below the surface. More studies should have been done, before such a risky endeavor was undertaken, at such depths of the sea.

Obama Visits Louisiana Oil Spill Site

After taking a battering yesterday during a White House press conference and in various publications, for not doing enough during the Louisiana oil spill, which has been dubbed his "Hurricane Katrina," U.S. President Barack Obama, flew to the region today to view the damage.

Thus far, the "top kill" solution utilized by BP, Transocean and Halliburton, in an effort to plug the gushing oil well, located an unprecedented 5,000 feet below the sea, via pumping it with mud and tough debris, has not been ruled successful. However, efforts are ongoing.

The damage to wildlife and the ocean, is rather regrettable. One cannot help but be sad viewing the damage to our environment that is spreading in the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic.

By all appearances, the oil companies did not wish for this to happen, as it seems to be an accident. It has surpassed the Exxon Valdez oil spill in scale and financial damage.

73 Dead In Jamaica After U.S. DOJ Extradition Demand

Amnesty International has stated it seeks to investigate the number of deaths in the small Tivoli Gardens community of Kingston, Jamaica, in the wake of the U.S. extradition demand, for drug suspect Christopher Michael Coke A/K/A "Dudus." The Obama administration has shown Jamaica great ill-will in how it went about it, ignoring numerous warnings and pleas from community activists, that improper handling of the extradition, would result in casualties to innocent people.

Thus far, 70 people have died, among them Jamaican soldiers, police and civilians, as the island's authorities attempt to extract fugitive, Christopher Michael Coke, for extradition to the United States of America.

To put pressure on the Jamaican government to achieve the extradition, which the island's reigning political party disputed, due to U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, submitting "illegal wiretaps" as evidence, the Obama administration began harassing law abiding Jamaican-American citizens in America, in the hope they would complain to their family, friends, business associates and the government in Jamaica, to extract and send Christopher Michael Coke to America.

Wealthy and middle class Jamaican businesspeople, who do not live in America, also saw their visas vindictively cancelled by the Obama administration, for no reason and without explanation, in acts that not only hurt the Jamaican economy, but the U.S. one as well, as these are men and women from the island that visit on regular business trips and buy American products in bulk, then ship them back to Jamaica for sale in the marketplace.

This form of trade represents millions to the U.S. economy and the Jamaican one as well. These businesspeople began to complain to the government and publicly regarding the unprovoked mistreatment, as they have nothing to do with Christopher Michael Coke.

Mr. Holder, with his Billy Dee mustache, consistently runs amok in Congress. The Judiciary Report is confident, Billy Dee Williams, would have carried himself better in Congress and not incurred constant brain freezes when questioned by senators.

The majority of the island does not support the drugs and violence associated with these gangs, such as the one Christopher Michael Coke runs and want it gone from the country. However, it is not as easy as it looks, which is evident by the number of ongoing deaths in America's extradition bid for Christopher Michael Coke.

Usually, when two world governments have a dispute, they kick out diplomats and ambassadors as a negative gesture, until things are resolved to their satisfaction. They do not cancel the visas of businesspeople that have nothing to do with the dispute and harass and abuse naturalized, innocent citizens in their nation from the foreign nation.

The Obama administration has set a new low, which has cost the U.S. economy money. But with the way he excessively spends U.S. taxpayer money, Obama clearly is not concerned with the economy.

Most Jamaicans do not even know Christopher Michael Coke and similar gangs personally, as they operate in apart of Kingston, that is the equivalent of the U.S. projects in New York or Compton, California.

As a matter of fact, when the U.S. Department of Justice, on Eric Holder's instruction, went public with the extradition request for Christopher Michael Coke, it marked the first time many Jamaicans in Jamaica, America, Britain, Canada and other countries, heard of him. He is not a towering figure all over Jamaica. He is well known in the particular downtown ghetto he ensconced himself. A Nino Brown, if you will ("New Jack City").

For the Obama administration to label Jamaica a "narco-state" and attempt to paint a horrendous, unbalanced portrait of the island in the press, is the U.S. equivalent of stating, every American supports the Crips, Bloods and MS-13 street gangs, who are actively engaging in massive gun, human and drug trafficking. At the end of the day, most Americans do not personally know or condone the conduct of the Crips, Bloods and MS-13 street gangs.

In the Obama administration attempting to improperly extract Christopher Michael Coke, via "illegal wiretaps" and by harassing and mistreating law abiding Jamaicans and Jamaican-Americans who have nothing to do with him, damaging the Jamaican economy, while defaming the entire island through the U.S. government's mouthpiece, the Associated Press, the Jamaican government was pushed into a terrible corner and had to use the limited resources available in trying to apprehend the suspect.

The Jamaican police and military have been fighting against a street gang that obtained weapons and amour piercing bullets from America, that can penetrate police officer's bulletproof vests and other protective gear (Jamaica does not manufacture weapons).

In spite of the fact the Jamaican government sent buses to the Tivoli Gardens ghetto, begging civilians to come out before they go in, via a bid to extract Christopher Michael Coke, some did and some did not. Some stayed with their properties underestimating the danger, while others stayed out of fear, as they were told by the gang if they go on the buses, they should leave their house keys and not return.

Thus far, 70 civilians, police officers and soldiers are dead. 500 people have been arrested, but Christopher Michael Coke, who is clearly in hiding somewhere, remains a fugitive. The government has been imploring him for days to turn himself in.

The Obama Administration forced this terrible scenario and dozens of Jamaicans have died for it and it's not like the U.S. Justice Department and President Obama didn't know, as they were warned months in advance by this site and community activists (See a small sampling of the Judiciary Report's website statistics below, revealing the U.S. DOJ and FBI regularly read this website). I hope the Justice Department and FBI are happy now (sarcasm).

Therefore, what would Amnesty International have had the Jamaican government do, in the face of the bullying, threats and abuse from the Obama Administration, which has affected innocent Jamaican-Americans in the United States and Jamaicans that live on the island permanently, who have nothing to do with Christopher Michael Coke and his gang?

For the Obama administration to have forced this issue in such a manner, barking at the Jamaican government to get the suspect and get him now or else, when thousands of fugitives in America have not been apprehended, as it is not as easy as it looks, is hypocritical.

Look how many people the U.S. FBI, ATF and SWAT have searched for in America for years and have been unsuccessful in apprehending. Yes, they have apprehended many, but thousands of criminals still remain at large. That is the nature of police work. You do what you can and accept your successes and defeats.

The Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding, is the head of the Jamaica Labour Party, which is not even my family's political party, as my relatives belong to the opposition, the People's National Party, but at the end of the day, all politics aside, as a human being, I denounce the Obama Administration's poor handling of this extradition, as they were warned well in advance this could happen, but forced these innocent casualties, via arrogance in how they demanded this guy and began abusing innocent Jamaicans as the way to extradite him, which is wrong.

If the tables were turned and another world government anywhere in the world, did that to the Obama administration, via abusing innocent Americans who did no wrong, he would be outraged, denounce it and label said conduct human rights abuses.

U.S. Economy Stalls Again

Based on released reports, the U.S. economy has stalled again, as consumer spending is down and unemployment continues at a rampant rate. Economists estimate, if the economy adds roughly 500,000 jobs per month, it will still take 5-years to lower the unemployment rate to 5%, indicating the damage is that extensive.

Much of the damage was done during the Bush years and to save face, fake financial data was released to cover what was truly transpiring, with the corrected figures released this year.

However, President Obama has squandered opportunities to add the maximum number of jobs possible, due to poor oversight of where stimulus funds landed.

Some of the money was wasted via overpaying for job positions, decreasing the number of people that could have been hired with the stimulus funds available. In other instances, the funds were flat-out stolen or misappropriated.

This is not Monopoly. The President cannot rely on consistently printing up more money in a bid to solve the nation's financial ills, as it is damaging America's international credit rating, drastically increasing the deficit and damaging the U.S. dollar. That money is not free. It is coming at a price. The massive government spending is not working.

According to reports, U.S. President, Barack Obama, has been acting as the general manager of the world by wiretapping other heads of state in the international community, with no international mandate to do so. The recent Michael Coke extradition bid in Jamaica has brought these allegations to light.

There are a few hundred nations in the world. Show of hands, how many heads of state want Obama eavesdropping on their calls and doing what he wishes with the contents? It would be safe to state the answer to that is zero, which is what Mr. Obama is looking like for doing such a thing.

In light of this conduct, do other heads of state have permission to illegally wiretap all your calls, Mr. Obama and with the dirty dealings that go on in Washington (see the Abramoff scandal, among others) those calls would not be pretty.

No nation is perfect and all could use improvement, but wiretapping other heads of state is debased and dishonorable. You are not God. Therefore, you are not to be privy to everyone's conversations.

Furthermore, God would have solved the financial crisis already...which is something Mr. Obama could be working on instead of eavesdropping on foreign heads of state's phone calls. Unemployment is soaring in America, while Obama spends his time reading other people's telephone call transcripts courtesy of the FBI and NSA.

Gallup Poll: 74% Of Americans Dissatisfied With Country's Direction

A Gallup poll revealed a whopping 74% of Americans are dissatisfied with the direction the country is going in. Too bad the government is not listening, as unproven financial and social policies threaten to uproot America as the nation knows it, replacing it with a financially weakened, socialized society run by a government that ceases to recognize its democratic roots.

America is going in the wrong direction. However, the commanders of the ship, are intent on having their way, with the will of the people a secondary concern. Obama is succumbing to all the pitfalls Bush did, in believing the hype and not making the relation that it is about the office of the presidency and not them.

The fawning, special attention and international focus may make it seem like the world revolves around the man, but it is the office of the Presidency people are focusing on and what it means for them if things unravel.

To make the mistake of letting the title go to one's head, believing one is invincible and can do whatever one pleases, whether it is legal but immoral or illegal and based in corruption, is self-deceit that will bring one down to the lowest levels of society. Just ask President Bush and Nixon, who left office in disgrace.

When a head of state forgets who they are, believing they are greater than the job or it is solely about them, they inevitably fall at the hands of an angry populace.

Bush forgot who he was and engaged in treachery to get ahead that ended up setting the nation back decades, breaking him and regrettably America in the process. Obama has broken campaign promises and is recklessly spending America into a financial catastrophe, as poor oversight of the corporate sector continues.

His FBI and DOJ do not have a firm grasp on the terrorism problem that threatens America in so many ways, with hateful plotters making plans for new attacks on American buildings and airlines.

Said government agencies are more interested in how much money they can extract from Congress, who has been free with the national checkbook, issuing taxpayer funded checks, subsiding failure at the FBI and DOJ, who can't even get a computer system together, where many millions of dollars are unaccounted for.

The CIA continues to cause offense in the international community with illegal operations that defies everything America says it stands for in the world. Smaller nations have been bullied and upended by individuals acting on behalf of the U.S. government, creating unnecessary ill-will in the world, endangering Americans. It's a vicious cycle.

At the end of the day, this is not what the average American wants. That is someone else's political agenda on steroids. The average American wants a home, a stable job, proper education for their children, a reliable car and financial stability.

The political conflicts and financial corruption in government and the corporate sector, is a terrible sideshow being run by less than 1% of the U.S. population, also known as the rich and famous, who clearly have too much time and money on their hands to be creating this mischief, negatively impacting the rest of the nation and the world.
