This week, during a PR appearance on "The View" talk show, U.S. President Barack Obama, stated he does not know who reality star "Snooki" is, when asked by Joy Behar, but he flat out lied. He should have known this would catch up with him, due to the internet.

However, Gawker, unearthed video footage of President Obama, making fun of Snooki and her "Jersey Shore" cast mates, during a political speech, which took place two months prior to his appearance on "The View." Obama has a case of liar, liar, pants on fire!

In other news, Snooki, was arrested for disorderly conduct, while filming a scene from the second season of "Jersey Shore." Another clip on the internet, features Snooki painfully falling off a bicycle. She also mocked Obama for his tanning tax, which is the source of the President's sudden Snooki selective amnesia.

A Congressional watchdog has stated, President Barack Obama, has failed to help at-risk homeowners with the stimulus program that usurped $700 billion dollars of taxpayer money. Inspector General, Neil Barofsky, informed Congress during a hearing this month, that only a relatively small number of homeowners have been helped, making the program a failure. U.S. foreclosures have hit record highs this year, in activity very detrimental to the economy.

Congressional Confidence At An All Time Low

According to a Gallup poll, America's confidence in the U.S. Congress has hit an all time low of 10%. This does not spell good news for incumbents, as it illustrates the American people are not happy with Congress' job performance.

The President should also take note of those numbers, as they are a reflection of his administration by extension, due to Obama's Democratic Party having the majority of seats in Congress. It is difficult for a head of state to go wrong, if he or she incorporates the will of the people in governing and that first begins by listening to one's constituency.

The Judiciary Report is a firm believer that Congress should have term limits on the number of times a politician can be reelected. It makes it more difficult for full blown corruption to take root and become the order of the day. Over the past several years, Congress voted on matters that bred severe corruption, whilst ignoring serious issues that were ticking time bombs (financial crisis that has erupted).

The U.S. Congress has passed legislation to extend the unemployment benefits of 1,300,000 million people, until November 2010, when the matter will come up for review again. Republicans want some of the remaining stimulus money to pay for it and that's not a bad idea.

The government can also follow the Constitution for a change and drastically cut back on spying on Americans, which would save billions of dollars in surveillance fees at the FBI, NSA and CIA. That's provided one or all of those agencies do not create a national crisis to keep said illegal spying projects going (oh, they're not above doing that and have in the past).

In the meantime, the White House and Congress need to work on job creation, as they have not done a good job in this endeavor thus far. Too much taxpayer money has been wasted and not enough jobs created.

A sound job plan is needed, using preexisting government workers to undertake its implementation. This will save on costs and allow a maximum number of jobs to be created. The government bureaucracy, red tape and corruption needs to go, as people need work.

Newly elected British Prime Minister, David Cameron, met with U.S. President, Barack Obama, at the White House today, in Washington, D.C. They held a joint press conference, answering a number of questions.

The two heads of state, discussed the regrettable release of Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, who was thought to have three months to live, but is still living in his native, Libya, one year later.

The Judiciary Report opposed his release from day one, labeling it a mistake. Time has proven the site correct once again, as Megrahi, continues to enjoy his freedom in luxury, well beyond the life expectancy doctors initially gave the cancer sufferer last year.

Notice the Judiciary Report's use of the words "reportedly has three months to live" on August 20, 2009 (see below). Last year, he just did not appear that far gone.

On August 20, 2009, the Judiciary Report wrote:

"He is suffering from cancer and reportedly has three months to live. Britain is known for its compassion in such issues and as such, Scotland released him after serving 8 years in prison, to go home to die....

Compassion is a great trait. However, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, is a convicted mass murderer, who could have received medical care in prison, while paying his debt to society. Releasing him has rubbed salt in the wounds of his victims' families and friends, who didn't get to tell their loved ones goodbye, a courtesy he has been afforded." (click here)

While the Judiciary Report has the utmost respect and love for victims of cancer, Megrahi, has not paid his debt to society for the mass murder he committed, creating shattered lives for their loved ones left behind.

Cameron's invitation to visit America was to shore up ties between the two nations, as Britain has long been a very loyal ally and friend to the United States.

Since being elected this summer, Cameron has implemented significant cost cutting measures to reduce national debt in Britain, which is commendable. He also pulled off a massive coup seizing over $1 billion dollars in dormant bank accounts to use for the public good.

The White House needs to begin its own cost cutting and desist with the spending sprees on the people's money, as no amount of wishful thinking shall suspend the laws of mathematics.

On July 11, 2010, the co-chairman of U.S. President Barack Obama's Debt Commission, Erksine Bowles, compared the declining American economy to cancer. He said the current national budget and debit is and I quote, "a cancer that will destroy the country from within."

Yes, I know. I said that already 2-years ago in the article The Global Bush Effect: "It's a financial cancer, that due to international cross collateralization and open-end monetary instruments, is metastasizing, when the problem should have been detected early, and there were symptoms, isolated, contained, then the appropriate treatment applied."

It's amazing that 2-whole-fiancially-painful-years later and the government still has not improved and is in the same financial sinkhole, only deeper. It's astonishing that it's taken all that time for the government to realize this fact. However, the question is, what are you going to do about it, as talk is cheap.

Side Bar: Don't talk about cancer around Obama. He will break out a shovel and dig up his best manure in your direction. You would think with someone that smokes the way he has and does, he'd have a vested interest in curing the disease.

Monday, July 12, 2010 - BOSTON -- The co-chairmen of President Obama's debt and deficit commission offered an ominous assessment of the nation's fiscal future here Sunday, calling current budgetary trends a cancer "that will destroy the country from within" unless checked by tough action in Washington.

The two leaders -- former Republican senator Alan Simpson of Wyoming and Erskine Bowles, White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton -- sought to build support for the work of the commission, whose recommendations due later this year are likely to spark a fierce debate in Congress.

Bowles said that unlike the current economic crisis, which was largely unforeseen before it hit in fall 2008, the coming fiscal calamity is staring the country in the face. "This one is as clear as a bell," he said. "This debt is like a cancer."...

Repealed

With all the bickering going on in Washington political circles, the Democratic Party is overlooking one thing. President Obama's plummeting approval ratings and the backlash growing against Democrats, due to wild overspending, dramatically increasing the national deficit, will make it easier for Republicans to gain headway in the elections, both mid-term and Presidential.

If, due to ongoing unwise choices, Obama is a one term President, once the Republicans are in office again, they will quickly move to repeal most of what he has done as Commander-In-Chief.

However, the extension of unemployment benefits for 1.3 million people should have been passed. The Republicans in the Senate should not have blocked this. It's not funny or fair that this matter has been derailed. You bailed out the banks with taxpayer money, but didn't bail out the people. This is not a good thing.

On the other side of the aisle, it is also not amusing that wasteful projects have received billions in taxpayer money, at President Obama's direction, when they are not a priority.

The moral of this story is the Democrats and Republicans need to work together and come up with real, lasting solutions to the problems facing America or it will be a waste of everyone's time, if things start getting repealed in a few years. The will of the people is not being followed and politicians in Congress are taking the populace for granted. This is not the time for that. Actually, there is no appropriate time for that...ever.

The U.S. And Russia Swap Spies

The U.S. And Russian governments, have agreed to swap spies. The exchange is set to begin today, in response to the FBI arresting 12 alleged Russian spies, who have plead guilty and are being deported, in lieu of prison in America.

The U.S. Government will in turn receive people that were arrested in Europe on charges of spying on America for Russia. They're just exchanging stuff like it's Christmas.

Gain Or Glory

In watching White House and Congressional squabbles on the news and in the press, in addition to their deeds not yet made public, but talked about in certain circles, one has to lament the prevailing attitude in Washington, illustrating it is not about the greater good, but self-glory and self-preservation. It has been about glory over gain, which is regrettable, as the latter would advance humanity.

The selfishness, corruption, malice, backbiting, uncooperativeness, unlawfulness and warped sense of what public service means in Washington, is detrimental to the entire nation and the whole world.

Many of the problems facing the country can be fixed, but ego, pride and selfish glory, have been placed ahead of the good of the nation and the world. Certain people are determined they must be the ones to have all the say and glory, even if it means holding everyone back, while persisting down the wrong path, as they do not know what they are doing and making existing problems worse.

Unjust wars, nasty national secrets holding humanity back and acts of arrogance in the name of self-promotion, rather than world unity, is terrible. There are things the government is hiding from the public that is holding humanity back and it would break your heart if you knew. But as the Bible states, nothing hidden shall remain in the dark. It will come to light.

Greed And Desperation To Succeed

It's astonishing the deceitful, corrupt shortcuts and unethical means, some in so-called power will take to succeed, even if it means, jeopardizing the entire nation.

Unsound financial practices continue from the Bush Administration, as President Obama has adopted items from the former Commander-in-Chief's tenure, into his own wanton economic policies.

The nation is constantly being told of a recovery, yet data being released, consistently reveals no such thing is happening in America, as job losses, foreclosures and bank closures continue to spiral out of control.

Pride is an ugly thing, when one ascribes to the motto of "my way or the highway" even when one's way is the wrong way. Some humility and unity is needed. People need to admit they do not know everything and need help.

Democrats And Republicans Fighting Over Financial Reform

Yes, they're fighting again. This time over financial reform. The Democrats and Republicans in Congress, along with U.S. President, Barack Obama, cannot agree on financial reform for America.

There is no question it is need, as the country is in financial straits, faced with soaring deficits, job losses, foreclosures and bank collapse, but a suitable and agreeable plan has not been found.

They need to find one quickly and make sure it is ram packed with budget cuts and the elimination of fruitless, taxpayer wasting programs that only benefit politicians and the rich. Anything less will not contribute to an economic recovery. And everyone can agree, America needs to get out of the current financial quagmire breaking the nation.

A cute, I mean bad spy, Mikhail Semenko, was seen outside the White House, supposedly doing research...when he could have just used Google Maps

One is even said to have befriended a close friend of Hillary Clinton. Is close friend codeword for Bill Clinton, because you know all it takes is a wink and a smile and Bubba is a goner.

Today, the White House insisted the arrests of the aforementioned agents will not impact America's relationship with Russia, but how can it not. Russian Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, has slammed the arrests, labeling the FBI "out of control."

Americans interviewed about the alleged spies, referred to it as out of place and strange in this day and age, stating they noticed nothing odd about their neighbors. Not the reaction the FBI was hoping for, but it is the one they received, nonetheless.

It is strange that Russia is spying on America at this point in world history, as China has all the money. What they were hoping to gain from the alleged spying is still a mystery, as their nation has made strides in the world as well.
